My Services
Online Counselling
I offer counselling for adults (18+) from all walks of life, providing a warm, supportive space to explore whatever you're facing—all from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
All sessions are conducted online using secure and easy-to-access platforms. You don’t need to download anything specific—we’ll use a method that works best for you.
My Approach
I work from a humanistic perspective, which means I believe you already have the inner strength and insight needed to navigate life’s challenges. My role is to support and guide you in a way that honours your unique values, needs, and pace.
I take time to truly listen—not just to your story, but to what’s underneath it: your values, desires, needs, and trauma responses. Every session is tailored to you, and we’ll always agree on a direction or plan before moving forward.
If you’re looking for a more structured or goal-focused approach, I can offer that too. It’s all about finding what works best for you.

How I work
I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and the occasional gentle nudge when needed.
My practice integrates evidence-based approaches such as:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Narrative Therapy
Creative modalities, when appropriate
Psychoeducation, to help you make sense of experiences or challenges
Above all, I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship. That’s the foundation for healing and growth. If it turns out that we’re not the right fit, that’s absolutely okay — finding the right support is what matters most.

Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
Life transitions and identity questions
